There's no way I'll be able to find it but there was an article on adultfriendfinder that basically said that most of the female profiles were fake, and that they had scores of profiles being managed by just one person. Apparently it's like one big scam but there are legit users. It's kinda like craigslist in that way - lots of spammers but one in a few are real.

I always thought the girls on AFF were just hookers.
If I were single I think I would troll for girls on World of Warcraft. They aren't the best looking but I bet they are freaky as hell. Something about girl geeks just makes me think that they have a closet full of chains and whips.

I went on one of them a couple years ago and found my g/f. You have to be a bit more careful but they do work some times. What you have to remember is that you can create a Profile but not pay for the Service. That is kinda annoying as you will send a quick hello to some and never hear back from them. Don't get disappointed (like I did) as I soon realised that some of the ones cannot reply since they have not signed up/paid for the Membership. Also, always always ALWAYS, go for a quick first date. Coffee or a quick lunch. You do not want to be stuck at a game with someone you know right off the bat, you do not like. Some will post dated photos and those you walk away from as soon as you see them.

Eggplant - what site are you talking about? Because I don't think these ppl are talking of sites like match of yahoo personals... I think there's a world of difference between something like that and aff or eros!

Looking to get laid= AFF or the like but like previously posted, most are fake and those that aren't may not be worth looking at. I was on AFF at one point and so were a few of my friends so I guess all the girls aren't fake!! In the swinger world, single females are called "unicorns." Enough said. Craigslist would scare me a little..at least use a site where people have to pay to be there..then it seems they would be a little more serious about what they want.
Looking for a date= I met my current bf on yahoo personals and dated a bunch of great guys from there previous to that. They all said there are plenty of girls on there but most are pretty undesirable. My ex husband (we still talk) is using match.com and he said the same thing..a few good apples in the bunch but he did say a lot of them were clingy and trying to move in his house on the first date. lol

yea that shit works. Dont speaking from personal experience but my good friend did it a couple of times. He chated with a girl of the site and then after on MSn with the same girl and I read the convos so I was sure it was the same girl. They are just looking for sex most of the time if they are hot (girls offcourse). If they are older and fat, looking for relationships. but thats just from what I have seen.
