What is your ULTIMATE sandwich?

Mine:
Bread - Butter Croissant
Spread - Aioli
Mustard - Champagne Mustard
Cheese - Gruyere
Meat(s) - Roasted turkey and honey turkey
Misc - Half an avocado and some bacon
Greens - iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, peppercinis, onions
Ok, probably not my ULTIMATE sandwich, but it's just what I'm craving right now

tunafish + mayo, pepper, sweet relish, horseradish and a splash of tabasco.
couple slices of high quality chedder
apply tuna to bread, top w/ cheese, top w/ other piece of bread. put a little butter on the outside of bread. toss on foreman grill for 2-3 minutes.
