That looks great! If you didn't tell me it was homemade I would believe you.
You give me too much cred, bud.
As an FYI, that Breville pizza maker is amazing. The crust tastes JUST like it came from a clay-oven they have in those Neopolitan pizzarias. FYI. Great appliance.
Made some chilli the other day. Normally do 2lbs hamburger but this time did 1lb hot italian sausage and 1lb turkey. Used less chilli powder and more jalapenos and more habaneros. Came out the same heat as normal but I think much better flavour.
Yeah, pretty darn fast. Cool appliance and FYI for those who love pizza and well, given we're all under house arrest for awhile...may not be a bad purchase.
since we seem to be following the Italian theme, decided to take a stab at spaghetti squash pasta with meatballs and homemade sauce, turned out good. Squash was a bit watery but might be due to oversalting prior to baking in the oven. Overall though, I’m a fan, I like it better than pasta.
I made a turkey bacon cheddar ranch similar to what Arby's offers. I used some of my home cured and smoked bacon, and an everything bagel since I had both handy. Didn't have any lettuce or tomato, but I added some sliced onions.
I was craving some breakfast food today since I don't eat breakfast with my fasting. Made a veggie & cheese omelet (red pepper, green pepper, onion, jalapeno), with a side of potatoes, and three slices of peppered thick cut bacon.
No pictures...Made Chiang-Bo chicken...but my dumbass was prepping the chicken to velvet...then prepping the chiang-bo sauce...AND working on sourdough....I fucking FORGOT to velvet the chicken after I let it set for 30 minutes and went right to mixing it all together. So, while it tasted good...I ended up with mushy breading everywhere instead of nicely light and crispy chicken. Ugh
Took some leftover pulled pork from this weekend, green pepper, onion, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of bbq sauce and made a wrap. Too lazy to make a side so just had some chips.
Sorry, didn't have a chance to do a nice job of cleaning it.
I got into pizza making a couple years ago using baking steels, etc. That breville pizza oven is pretty awesome, I haven't used one but I've seen others use it and the results are amazing, and makes it so easy
but no whey did i pay 50.. i only paid $15 back then..
I went for metal instead of wood because it was thinner and i figured it would be easier to transfer from peel to oven but i think if i had to do it again, i'd go with a wooden peel.
