Didn't really eat lunch but I started preparing my homemade chili in the late afternoon. Nothing better than beer, homemade chili and football.

The girlfriend had the day off so she made me some Torta Ahogada with some homemade carnitas from last night, here is what it is made of:

Homemade Carnitas
Bolillo (Type of Bread)
Homemade Chili Rojo (Red Sauce)
Drench the sandwich in the sauce

Yesterday was the greatest lunch i've had in forever.

Hot Sansai Soba and Oyako-Don, coupled with unsweetened iced green tea.
Hot soba noodles with mountain veggies and imported miso.... plus egg with chicken and sweet soy sauce over rice.

So good, can't beat that for 8 bucks!

very much like the Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh. (although ive never had it from them)

although the coleslaw was a bit too sour or so for my liking.

I just had an Italian turkey sandwich that was seasoned like Italian beef from a local Italian deli. It was loaded with so much turkey that I had to cut it in half and save the rest for later. Oh, and I also had a chocolate cannoli.
