Turkey Burgers

I did a search and nothing came up, so... anybody have any good low fat turkey burger recipes? I've tried seasoning the meat with salt and pepper, but its kinda bland, and I don't particularly like the taste of ground turkey to begin with. I'm looking for something with lots of spice, lots of flavor, but low on the fat and calories.

Check the spice section of the grocery store, there are qiute a few to choose from. Mrs Dash make a good one. You can also oget low fat ground beef for better flavor, but because there's not a lot of fat, you will have to spice it up as well.

turkey burgers recipes, quite a few come up.

Yeah I saw a bunch on google, but I was hoping somebody here had one that they've tried and tasted and could vouch for.

I added some caribbean jerk spices to turkey burgers last week, not bad, but a little too spicy for me. Also, I find unless I add an egg to the ground turkey, it comes out kind of dry off the grill.

I tried to make these last week, but I thought they were done and ended up being raw.. Just went to Wendy's because they had ketchup and mustard on them so didn't feel like recooking them..

Anyways, I put garlic, salt, pepper, onion and worcestershire in them and they probably would of tasted pretty good.

Shad

minced garlic, some chopped onion, woretershire saue and garlic salt and you've got a great turkey burger. Same goes for lamb.

For an extra treat throw some crumbled blue heese on top.

btw, what's up chump
