Hi guys..
Currently taking a cook class in school. (Hotel Management major).
So next week, I'm suppose to come up with a soup that i need to cook it in class.
THEN, we'll have a competition with all other groups.
So, what soups shld i go for??
Try not to give me soups that have complicated ingredients..

Squash soup is easy and classic. Punch it up with an aromatic herb like fennel or fresh basil.
You can find a million recipes online. Bacially sweat the miropoix, bake out the squash in pieces (tossed in your herb mix).
add into the pot with stock
immersion blender, cream to finish
voila
