yummmmmmmmmmyyyyyyy
covered them with mustard and rub, then sprayed apple juice on them every hour or so. Took about 7 hours total to finish
look how cleanly the bone came out of the ribs

I absolutely love the smoker; it gives such a wonderful quality to the meat. Definitely worthwhile.
