Really good shrimp, fish, poultry marinade
All who like to cook on grille try this.
Take 1/2 cup Ranch dressing ( not the healthy one with no fat- use the good with with lots of fat). Take two teaspoon of McCormick "Caribbean Jerk" spice and mix into the ranch derssing.
Put shrimp or fish or poultry into this and coat thoroughly. then place on hot grille. Turn over frequently to make sure is cook. For shrimp, we like to put on bamboo skewers and cook. Bamboo burns and adds flavor to food. Very good.
P.S. Would suggest you soak bamboo skewers in water for +/- 30min before you put shrimp on and cook.
Enjoy.

Just passin' on a good tip. Try it, I think you will like.
Pass back any good cooking ideas you have. Cooking at home a lot cheeper than go out to restaurant. Makes room for more mods. Heh, Heh.

What if i cook this and charge to people? Would they pay for it? IF they do more money to buy mods.

I like to go to the local costco / sam's club / bj's and buy a pack of orange roughy (fish). Then marinade it with nothing buy salt and pepper. Then pan fry it in butter. Make sure you have a teflon pan or else you'll have problems.

Grilled shrimp recipie....
1. Get a bunch of shrimps
2. Get a big bottle of Italian Dressing
3. Drown the shrimps in the dressing...let stand for 2-3 hours min.
4. Fire up the hibachi (bbq)
5. Grill until done....
Simple marinade but it kicks some major butt! Enjoy!
