Looks damn good. I made one a couple of weeks ago, but broiled/baked it in the oven. I can't get away with meat that rare or the wife freaks.

Miz - check Stater Bros. They had it for <$6/lb, 2 or 3 weeks ago.

yeah the only way I can get away with meat that rare with my GF is once I let it rest I cut of an end and toss it on the grill for about 2 mins to bring it up to more of a medium ish..

I have to say the best place to buy a good choice cut at a good price is Costco they are always around 6.99 - 7.19lb

As for Prime well i don't think there is ever a good deal

I haven't eaten anything this morning. When I saw that picture my stomach growled like freaking crazy. I would prefer just a little bit less pink.
