Looks damn good. I made one a couple of weeks ago, but broiled/baked it in the oven. I can't get away with meat that rare or the wife freaks.

yeah the only way I can get away with meat that rare with my GF is once I let it rest I cut of an end and toss it on the grill for about 2 mins to bring it up to more of a medium ish..
I have to say the best place to buy a good choice cut at a good price is Costco they are always around 6.99 - 7.19lb
As for Prime well i don't think there is ever a good deal

Loose that Parkay Spread.....you think you're gonna eat healthy using that crap? Butter rules for real cooking....just don't eat it everyday....I'm sure you don't have prime rib every evening either....Parkay...UGHHHHH!!!!!
