onions

So i just tried this and it was delicious

I used half an onion but you can use a whole one if you want
get a quater stick of butter(roughly) and crush some garlic up.
put all that in aluminum foil and throw it on the grill for about 20-30minutes
open it up and its onion heaven, i hate raw onions but this was divine omg i think ill be eating an onion a day like this

i just used a plain yellow onion but vidalia would be the best choice because of how sweet they are.

only reason i used the yellow onion is because we have about 10lbs of onions in the house and i want to get rid of them already

This is a great way to cook onions. Every time we grill we throw some on like this or with butter and a bullion cube

The only way I like onions. It is also great if you add some thinly sliced potato circles to the mix.

That is good.

What I also do is cut up two or three yellow onions into strings, put in a pan with olive oil, butter, anchovy paste, and kalamata olives and simmer for about 20 min. Then put on toasted french bread.
