Fish Taco Recipe!! *PICS*
was bored, figured I'd finally give up the recipe and take some pics in honor of the retired food forum
Fish Sauce:
Sour Cream
Tapatio Hot Sauce ( Cholula will work also)
Lime
Use about half a lime and as much hot sauce as you'd like, you need to use A LOT though so that when you taste it you can no longer really taste the sour cream. You need to let the sour cream sit out for a little while to loosen up. Mix it all together so that it's darker then this.
*THIS MAKES THE TACOS, YOU MUST MAKE THIS* :P
Guac:
avocados
fresh garlic
tomatos
onion
Lawry's Seasoned salt
Lime
* optional* Habenero/Jalapeno/ some type of chile to give it some heat
Hot Sauce
I like to put a good amount of garlic in it so you may want to put in just a few cloves. It really depends how many cados you have, but just go to your preference.
Fish:
4 lbs Mahi Mahi
Some type of hot seasoning, old bay may work. The seasoning I use is something I created about 2 years ago, I made something like 5 lbs of it and gave it away as gifts, etc. I'm almost out and don't really remember the exact mix but will let you guys know how the next rub comes.
To give you an idea the indgrediants consist of: Paprika, Cummin, Garlic Powder, Celery Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Chille Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Mustard. You get the idea. You need to use something that has some heat to it.
Break up the fish w/ a fork, heat up some tortillas, throw on some condiments, smoke a bowl, and eat away

well I had just set this one down and it got in the pic, then i added the line you need to smoke a bowl before you eat so i felt it fit in well, but basically I have pipes all around the house usually packed so I don't have to go searching for them
