I could have sworn that we had a dessert thread but couldn't find it. We had a bottle of ice wine and finally decided to open it.

The fruit salad is strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple. I added a couple tablespoons of sugar.

Put this on top of angel food or poundcake, add cool whip and ice wine. enjoy.

 

My wife decided to make some little puff pastries with apple inside...so I decided I needed to make a sauce.

Took the rest of the sliced apples and through them in a pot with some strawberries. Added some raw sugar and brown sugar and let them breakdown...once I had nice sauce and some tender apples I added some tequila and let it reduce. Pretty tasty.

 

mmmm, i may have to look for this recipe. The wife would love that.
