Custom built *sesame chicken*

Shit, taken without the sesame seeds on top..sorry..

It's a bit of orange, lemon, sweet/spicy sesame flavored chicken..it's custom design DDT style and is created with a blend of spices..

I'm thinking of starting an 80 item webpage dedicated to dishes I whip up...

by the way, my background is specialized in chinese(all regions)/vietnamese/thai cooking dishes..will show dishes as soon as I make them...recipes will be given out upon requests.

Sorry, I'm going to redo this dish again with a twist of flavor...so I'm going to post this up when I have the dish done. It'll be better than this one presently.
