Chicken Teriyaki
I know this is a long shot but I figured I would put it out here.
Anyone have the recipe or know how to make real chicken Teriyaki like the one pictured below? I used to live in Everett, WA (seattle area) and used to eat Teriyaki all time time. Seems like seattle is the only place that has real Teriyaki shops. I currently live in Pennsylvania and nothing around here comes close.
This is grilled chicken and has a slight sweet sauce and it's freakin amazing - this picture is from King's Teriyaki in Mukilteo, WA.

No but I will say that asian sauces are very easy to make. And most of them are a lot alike. Once you have your spice rack and oils/sauces stocked up, it's very easy to make a shit ton of different delicious asian dishes.
See if I were to say teriyaki, I wouldn't really say it's "sweet". So they are likely doing their own spin. If you could test out five different sauces at home, pick a good base, and then tweak it you'll probably find what you're looking for.
That could be so easy as soy sauce, ketchup or tomato paste, rice vinegar, sugar, and a huy type garlic sauce. Etc
