PS4 version is on sale for $15.99 until 4/13/2022 11:59 PM PDT.
PS5 version is at standard $39.99 price.
Just buy the PS4 version and then use the free upgrade to PS5 version.

Got it, but it’s not that great with a controller. Still pretty fun and the sound is fantastic. 
I do have a Fanatec GT DD Pro bundle, but I need to get a stand for it. My whole desk rattles, creaks and wobbles when I use it for GT7. Also the pedals slip away from me when I mash on the brakes
