probably not, I just got my 360 last November. I will be getting the 120 GB HD seperately though. I just hope there is someway to transfer data from the 20GB to the 120.

This is the 360 they should have released in the first place.

My blockbusters do, as well as BluRays. Also Blockbuster Online does.

* Uh, it's black
* HDMI port and HDMI cable (oh, you bullies!)
* 120GB hard drive (but you told us 20GB was more than enough!)
* A $479 price tag (ouch!)
* No HD-DVD integration (yup), the "format's not proven" (pssst, and it's being outsold)
* The 120GB hard drive will be available for under $200 (uh, we certainly hope so!)
* It's coming in "late April"

Is it worth picking this one up instead of the Premium? It's pretty much $80 for HDMI and 100 extra GB.

I'd say so. The 120 GB hard drive is going to be sold separately for $179. So, all of us who spent $399 recently for the premium version could have just waited and saved ourselves about $100 by waiting.

I would, but no money, plus I already have the premium although black looks cool on the 360

I bet though that some person trying to get a quick buck, buys the 299 or premium one and gets black spray paint and paints the white 360 black and tries to resell it on ebay. Sad, but I bet some moron will try to do it.

I Just bit the bullet and pre-ordered one from CC. It was free shipping and was $518 after tax. It's my graduation present to myself

Only a $50 premium over the Premium version up here.

$499 vs $549 CAD.

It really depends if you will need the extra 100GB of space. If you intend on solely playing games, then I'd recommend getting the Premium model. If you intend to use your 360 as a media center and use their video download service, then I think the Elite is a good deal.

Personally, I'd get the Elite as I've used their video download service before, but for gaming, 20gb is enough.

Yeah I was thinking that getting the Premium might be better, but when I look at the value of getting the extra 100Gb for only $100 more (and the cool black color!! haha) I figure I might as well get the Elite since I will most likely put the HD and the HDMI to use in the future.
