XBox Live Renewal

I had the automatic renewal set and it went through on the 3rd and I just looked on my statement and they billed me $12.50...?? I thought it was and always has been around $50.. Any thoughts ?

The auto renewal will bill you at the highest possible monthly rate.

I think you need to get one of those 12 month cards.

Yeah give them a call now and tell them you want the YEAR package. it should be 50 bucks. Or DoOpster said, you will be better of buying the 12 month cards at retail stores.

Hmmm... I was signed up for a year and last year they signed me up for the year again (renewal).. I thought they would do the same.. But $12.50 is the monthly cost?

I read the info sort of about the Silver package and Gold I think.. I thought maybe they screwed up.

I paid the original $35 three years ago and never had to renew. Then I moved and they told me to update my info, when I did they charged me 3 years worth (2 back and this year)!

bastards....and it was $50 per year

Thats the best plan i think. OR just call them and tell them that you want to FULLYEAR. and they should credit that 12.50 to the full year price of 50.
