Xbox 360 to One Gold Subscription Question

Has anyone who went from a 360 to One with the Live Subscription Gold tell me what transfers over? My son plays Madden 15 and is worried that his stuff wont come.

Nothing unless you have a transferrable storage device or if the saves are in the cloud drive. All of the profile information transfer (gamertag gamerscore achievements stuff like that) but no save files will transfer unless it is cloud based.
