They are just starting to code it so its only on 0.1 release but anyone who has used XBMC knows it is VLC on steroids. It can even play files that are packed in zip and rar files. I usually download things, never unrar them, and play them on my tv through xbmc.

And hopefully it would allow for full xbox connectivity without having to install wmc os on my mac to do it.

 

since it is 0.1 its not as good as the real xbmc, for instance theres no smb support or AAC. I would wait till 1.0 because I am using it now and its glitching every once and a while.
