Today I learned that Nintendo might start pulling ads for Nintendo Wii because demand is already too high going into the Christmas season. A spokesperson for Sony released this statement in response:

"Those motherf**kers!!! WTF!!! We got Playstations up the wazoo over here and those Mario dicktwiddlers are at a point where they're pulling advertisements!!! We got Madden! Doesn't anyone understand that we got Madden!? F**k this s**t!"

 

might as well pull them. Demand is crazy for it and everywhere is out of stock....

 

 

They should have stopped doing ads months ago. They could triple their production AND still see everyone one of them.

There's like 50 of them on my local c/l. I feel like e-mailing all of them to meet me at the mall to buy it from them and not show up.

I've been thinking about getting a PS3 for the movies, but then again I don't need another game console.

perhaps you should try playing a good multiplayer game with some friends and seeing why.

It also has some solid 1P games.

 

sad but none of my friends play videogames. Tried the Wii at the mall but eh dunno

that's whats so great about the wii. Anyone can play it. Nintendo has captured a market that M$ and Sony have completely forgotten about - the casual gamer.

Hell, if I can bring the wii over to my uncles house for thanksgiving and have my grandma and uncles playing wiisports and talking shit to each other then I'm sure your friends can play it.

 

hehe, I've bought the Wii 3 times... and not once did I open it... Twice for myself, it sat there... I took'em back and returned them. Once, I walked into a Game Stop, and they had just gotten a shipment in... knowing that a friend of mine was desperately looking for one for his son, I called him but he was at work. He couldn't leave nor could the store save one for him... so I bought it FOR him... at which point he compensated me for it.

 

Exactly, this is the gaming system for non-gamers. I have yet to have someone over and them "not get it" with in the first game of any sport on Wii sports. Get a group together and play some Wii, its a blast even the clumsiest are OK with an hour - and the husband vs. wife boxing is a crowd favorite at my place. Guitar hero is fun, I can't wait for rock band!

Mario Galaxy is a lot of fun, I am not a gamer but I love playing Wii
