I saw it in the Best Buy or Circuit City ads for 20 bucks. I want to pick it up myself because I have all the other GTAs on my PS2.

^^^ Can't say that I have.
My stupid roommate just went through the whole game without using any god powers. He still has the kick me sign on his back. He cleared all the arena stages except for level 51 (the hidden one where you fight yourself).

Still playing Okami for PS2, game is long as hell. Good game to play in between waiting for GOW2 to come out.

PSP, I am playing Metal Gear: Portable Ops and Valkyrie Profile:Lenneth, both great games. Other times, I play Socom 2 online.

I haven't been playing my console games lately. Gonna pick up a 360 later this year.

Right now I've been playing Battlefield 2142. My buddy said he's getting C&C3 for my birthday present. Can't wait to play that one!

what's your username? mine is "slyraskal" look me up on there. I've only got one soldier with the same name.

I'm not good at the FPS games on computers so it's taking me some getting used to, but I'm getting there. It's hard but a lot of fun.

Finally someone else playing 2142. My username is "Shadow_HSL". I will look you up when I get home for sure dude. I used to play a lot, but I have been so busy with work etc, its hard to find the time during the week. On weekends I get to play a bunch if I dont go home to Toronto though.

Did you get Northern Strike yet? The levels in it are really big, and some of the unlocks are cool.

I haven't bought northern strike yet. It's only $10 bucks, but until I get the hang of it, I'm going to hold out. But I'm now at the point where the extra goodies from it can maybe help. I'm maxed out on one of the support line unlocks. And now I've been unlocking the grenades, longer sprinting, etc... stuff. As soon as that's all unlocked, I'll probably get northern strike. What role do you play the most? I'm mostly on support, but I need to get used to assualt more as it's deadlier in close range than support is.

Isn't there another one called "Godspeed" coming out too?

I'll look you up tonight as well. There is a server that I've bookmarked that I always play on because it's pretty damn reliable and there are a very good number of people that play on it. I'll send you the name of the server so you can bookmark it.

Cool dude! I dunno about Godspeed,...have not heard anything about that. Once you unlock a lot of stuff it really helps you out. I always play Support because it is a good all rounder,.......good at long range and in close too. Plus having the turret thing comes in really handy. I have the new sonar unlock from NS too,....which can be really useful at times. Im trying to play assault and recon now to get better with those things. I was owning last night as a medic,..14 kills to 4 deaths,....and then the server crashed with ONE TICKET LEFT!!!!! I was so pissed cause you lose those points.

Anyway, I have 37 of 50 unlocks right now,....so mostly anything I really need. Those spuad leader beakons the fly over you are stupid becaue they give away your position, but I will unlock those eventually because I want the faster spawn beakon thing you get when you buy NS. The higher rank you get the longer it takes to unlock things,....so it takes me a while now to get new unlocks.

I forgot to add you last night,.....Ill do it tonight.

No problem, I sent a buddy request to ya last night.

The sentry gun for support is awesome! one of the helmets also has a gun in it too, i just don't know how deadly it is.

As for the unlocks, I don't have that many yet, but working on it. I'm playing very inconsistent, one game i'll completely dominate, the next it will be the worst, i hate it. Still very fun though.

I wish there was a way to have preset customized configurations. Everytime you load up the game you have to re do the customizations for each role which stinks IMO. or maybe there is a way and I'm just completely oblivious to it.

Anyway, I won't be on tonight unfortunately because I get home late from work. But I should be on tomorrow and possibly saturday and/or sunday.

Oh and the name of the server that I play on a lot that hardly ever crashes is called miaclan.net something something something... do a search for it and you'll find it. It can get pretty intense. They just got a new server and it supports 64 players.

Sounds good dude. I wont be on tonight because I am going to Toronto, but should be around the rest of the weekend to get some BF in hopefully. I know what server you are talking about,......I play on it sometimes.

playing FFVII again heh. That game is TITS!!!

Side note, I got Def Jam: Icon, and it's OK. Kind of goofy, and the clothing you can put on your char is pretty wack but I guess it can be fun seeing lil' jon get hit by a helicopter.

I just got Call of Duty 2 for 360 for just 14 bucks at Circuit City. I rented the game before and loved it, but didn't want to buy it until it became a platinum hit.

Yep, its real good. There are some issues with players missing wide open dunks and layups, but its not bad enough to ruin the game much. And you always can adjust the sliders to make these wide open shots go in most of the time if you like, I just leave it like it is though.

Also sometimes the animations prevent your players from taking a wide open lane to the hole. If you cross someone overand make them fall down for example, instead of being able to drive to the hole, your player has to finish the crossover animation, before you really have complete control over him again.

The graphics and sound is great, most courts look like the real thing, but some are generic like the Pacers and Celtics; and Cleveland's court is wrong.
