Hey, I've been trying to get into this game but i have a dilemma.

I can get on battle.net but i can only be on for about 4 minutes, Then my internet shuts down.

My firewall is off
ports are open
Patched


i cant figure it out and whenever i call the blizzard hotline, it doesnt work

 

Curious, are you on 56k? Is your internet connection stable? If you are not on modem, I would reset your router and reboot the computer. Seems weird that you can only stay on b.net for 4 min. Are you using some sort of hack?
