Does VNC(realVNC to be exact) support audio/video? I use real vnc to control my desktop pc with my laptop, but running the television app or even running videos from the desktop open the app, but no sound or picture is visible, even though it is showing on the desktop. Any thoughts? Thanks.

 

To my knowledge it doesn't support audio. MS Remote Desktop does.
Both are too slow to support video at any acceptable frame rate.

 

No audio in VNC. You might get some kind of slide-show video going. Remote desktop can get you audio.

 

Even if it supported it, it would be like watching a bad stutterer...
