hey guys, i have a dumb question. i'm new to fps's and i just started playin ut 2004. my question is, where are the maps? i don't see them anywhere. i assumed there'd be at least a small one on the screen. i've even seen screenshots with maps but i can't figure out how to get them to come up. i've tried messing with all the settings but still no luck.

i've googled my question, but the only thing i found was people that made their own. is that what i have to do, then import them some how? or is there something wrong with my ut 2004? is there something wrong with me?

any help would be appreciated. thanks!

 

I don't ever recall seeing maps as an available feature in UT2K4....BUT, that being said, if you ever have any game questions, go to www.gamefaqs.com. That site has info on pretty much every game out there. G'luck!

 

isnt there a map when you press ESCAPE?

i havent played in a few months. so im rusty. but yeah.. theres a map in there somewhere.


i dunno why you need it tho... UT maps arent all that complex.


well that assumes you play only ONSLAUGHT, as I do.


ONS maps arent very complex. Typically.

i liked the maps i used in halo. they were convenient if you wanted to see where your opponents were. i dunno if unreal has that feature....like a gps or something...
