How many other have reserved a copy? i put a deposit on it today. its supposed to be coming out in feb. anyone know how good this game is expected to be? The guy at the game store was talkin very highly of this game.

 

its been delayed too many times for me to reserve it but i will cop it when it comes out i have always been a big fan of the smash bros series link is my dawg

 

solid snake is going to be awesome in the game, and sonic is going to be a big surprize.

I'm more looking forward to Bomberman for Wii ... (I loved the SNES version) ... but somehow ... I'm not sure if it would translate well. I think there's a Japanese PAL version of it ... but hasn't made it to this side of the pond.

 

I like Brawl, but I dunno how they can make the controller work for the Wiimote. I was playing Mortal Combat Armegeddon on the wii with the mote and it was so unresponsive to special moves, I hope this does not happen in brawl.

 

At least with Brawl, you have a choice of different controllers, if the Wiimote doesn't work well, I'll stick to the original gamecube controller.

true but you can use the gamecube/classic controler. i dont think you have to worry when it comes to controls for games made by nintendo

decided to take the risk and play it on my wii. Did the 15% trick and its working flawlessly.

the game is EPIC

working on unlocking all the char now.

 

you know its not uncommon for games like this to have region specific added features when the relase dates are far between reagions on a high profile game not saying SSM will just saying.


SO klepto while playing galaxy i thought to my self i bet mario will have this spin move in brawl was i correct?

he does have a spin move, its not one of his "B" special movies, but it's one of his in air "A" standard moves. Haven't tried online play yet, no wireless here @ my GF's apartment.

The subspace emissionary (adventure mode) is pretty awesome. In each level you play as a different character and they theme the level to that characters game. Like for donkey kong there will be barrel's and they'll have his music. You can also play it co-op

 

I downloaded the "IGN" beta copy ... and it didn't work.

Guess I'll wait for the full NTSC version ...

 

not sure what you mean by the "IGN" copy. But theres a JAP DVD5 (single layer) and a DVD9 (dual layer) rip out. You can actually just DL the DVD5 version, burn it, rename it and then load up the tracker for the DVD9 version and it will continue the DL from 55%. This way you wont have the dual channel issue if you have two copies.

 

^ The ign beta copy was floating around on the BT forums saying it was an evaluation beta-copy from the critics over at ign.com ... maybe it was a hoax since this was the first coaster I have ever made from a Wii rom I've downloaded off the Internet.

The "other" coaster I've recently made is the Bomberman NTSC game. I loved the Bomberman game on the SNES so I thought I'd preview this version. Guess I should stick to the more 'reliable' hacker groups (WiiZARD, PROMiNENT, etc ...)

I am Super Excited for this Game. The one for the game cube was killer fun.

 

Been playing this game. Even the Japanese version is full of glitches. Awesome game nonetheless.

 

So whats the US street date now?

I've got a wiikey too, but I'm going to wait for a real US NTSC version first.

are you using the DVD5 or DVD9 rip? if you're using the DVD9 there shouldn't be any glitches
