I'm wondering if any of you might know this... I just got an email from "Sony Entertainment Network" saying that if I want to change my password, click on the link.
First of all, what's "Sony Entertainment Network"? Is that Sony's live gaming network? Because I thought it was called something else... and if so, I haven't logged into my PS3 in years (literally).
2nd, usually you get this kind of email when you try to log into something and keep entering the wrong password (or if you've forgotten your password). Does this mean someone's tried logging into my account?

since this is pro-PS4 I am putting it here.........
It's slowly starting to come out that the XBone is incapable of displaying the latest big games at 1080p 60fps. Media members who have seen that actual game play are under embargo because of their NDA to not say anything until 11/12, meanwhile Sony is out showing the world all of its glory showing off the new COD and BF4 at said 1080p 60fps.
While XBone is going to upscale, not being able to natively display while it's cheaper competition can and does is a huge disappointment.
Has M$ doomed yet another product launch?

Yep
Call Of Duty: Ghosts Will Run At 1080p On PS4, 720p On Xbox One
The release of GTA V has proved that despite the small matter of the next-gen console battle upcoming, there’s still life in both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 yet. Sales of the current generation machines may have spiked slightly in light of Rockstar’s record-breaking title, but with little under a month to go before we see the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 hit the retail market, it’s high time we focused our attentions on these two major releases. Infinity Ward’s Mark Rubin has just delivered some stonking news for Call of Duty fans by noting that Ghosts, the latest addition to the popular franchise, will run natively at 1080p on the PlayStation 4, and will be upscaled at 720p on Xbox One so that the game run at 60 FPS on both gaming consoles.
The PlayStation 4 is, as we already know, the more powerful of the two consoles, and with native support for such a significant release, purists are almost certainly going to lean towards Sony’s console. With that said, the Xbox One cannot be written off in any way, and with Rubin also noting that Call of Duty: Ghosts "looks great on both [consoles]," CoD fans of all affiliations will be able to enjoy a much richer experience than ever possible on the current generation machines.

Yeah, I'm going to wait until I can play some of the initial titles. I got the first release 60gb ps3. The only game I played for 6 months was RFOM. I had Motorstorm too but that got old after a few weeks.

I'm still debating on whether to get it or not.
Apparently the PS4 won't support external hard drives nor does it use DLNA. Lame. I'll keep my PS3 for media purposes. The games I am looking forward to are also coming to the PC.. so..
