I just watch the demo for this game and if the game is like what I just saw.... DAMN!!! I'm buying it and whatever console it's played on the day it's released.

It's an awesome video, but it's CGI. I hope the game will look like that, but I doubt that a first-gen game will look that good.

The PS3 graphics chip hasn't even tapped out yet, so there isn't actually any hardware to make that demo anyway

seriously why is this game not out yet, wasnt this game one of the first previews they showed for the PS3?

that was almost 2 years ago, and this thing is scheduled to come out in feb 2009.

Hopefully it lives up to the hype/wait.

Personally, it looks VERY close to the pre-rendered target vid from a few years back.

I am getting pumped for this game!

Yeah, but I still wish they had made it in 3rd person, like the PSP version!

Wow...this game's shaping up to be amazing

 

this game looks sick! the trailers look like a movie... but great trailers don't necessarily make a game good... However, after seeing the actual game play clips... I may have to get this game

 

I've always trusted GTs initial impressions, so this will be a purchase for me .

 

I'm afraid this game won't live up to the hype. I'll still pick it up though.

Those trailers are pretty sick. I never played the first one, so I might wait until I hear some more reviews after it comes out to pick it up.

 

never base a game on the movie/story trailers tho... sometimes, it seems like game developers put so much effort on them, the game play sucks... BUT this game actually looks awesome in game play as well...

 

That's what I was thinking. Looks as if the 5+ years spent making this game are going to pay off.

The next gen is finally here! If the game plays as good as it looks ^ ^, I'm grabbing my copy for sure on day one

looks like its livin up to the hype

 

so originally the helghast used masks and respirators to combat lung burn in the harsh conditions of helghan. eventually, their lungs, eyes, etc. adapted to the conditions. if conditions on helghan are that bad, why aren't the isa troops wearing masks and respirators? slight oversight?

Bad review. How in the hell did R2 score higher than Killzone 2? Also a 9.5 for graphics? Come on these are thes best graphics available on console.

Resistance 2 was the worst reviewed game EVAR, that game SUCKED.

You guys make it seem like its godfather 3 or something. Seriously the game can't be that bad. It surely wouldn't continue to sell the way its doing now.

Plus the multiplayer is pretty top notch and seemless especially for 60 players at once with no lag. Hear that EA...
