well eventually i guess we'll be on each others PSN buddy list,
but in this case, send it to rick_tl-s, and if you cant send it with in a reasonable time, send it to srika, and then srika tries, and so on and so forth, just to keep the chain moving, that way we dont have to wait on 1 person.

also i think in the case where someone isnt able to send forward the car, the previous receiver should send to whoever is next in line to get the car.

ex, I receive the X2010, then i send it to rick_tl-s but we find out he is away from his ps3 for a week, so then i send to srika after the 24 hour cooling off period expires. and then srika sends it to whoever is next in the chain.

sound like a plan?

I say it's up to the receiving user to go initiate the friend request. If they haven't friend requested you by the time you get it. They get bumped down.
