No, the 360 self-adjustment in my brain is telling me that.

Gosh, I hope this game sucks so bad, the PS3 goes on fire...that way, it'll be one step closer to Microsoft's godsend.

Yup. The PS3 is the bastard child of Hasblo and Bay...from an evening of vice, drugs, and alcohol. It was ugly.

Get the G25 Wheel!

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/ga...s/131&cl=us,en

Besides having paddle shifters, it also has a 6 speed shifter with clutch!

I got one! It is sweet!

Good thing about it is that I can use it on the PS3 as well as my PC.

Here is a vid of it (not me) on GT5 Prologue! Can't wait!

Does the game recognize the clutch?

Didn't sound like the heel-toe downshifting did anything, since the dude missed a few of them

From what I understand, GT5 Prologue is supposed to fully support the G25, clutch included!

Here is a guy demonstrating the clutch.

Yes, it is analog (I think). It is not just "on" or "off", it has different positions if you press it in partially.

Is that what you are asking?

The pedals are weighted differently btw. Gas pedal is easy to press, clutch is harder, and brake is hardest.

the only problem i have with using a wheel is the pedals, they just dont feel right. in regular car the pedals dont come up from the ground.

if i could get a wheel with the pedals exactly like how it is in my car and a ebrake, id be all over it.

but this is good enough, me want

this is the place to keep up-to-date with new GT news but I figured I'd post the cool stuff here for the AZ'ers.

Private Online Races, Chat Confirmed!
http://www.gtplanet.net/private-onli...hat-confirmed/

From an excellent tip by GTPlanet user PalmerW, SCEA game producer Taku Imasaki has quietly confirmed that private online races and in-game chat will be coming to Gran Turismo 5: Prologue. From his response to a comment on the official PlayStation Blog:

“…private races with buddies and in-game chat are all in the works… but will not be ready from day one. Will keep you posted on the progress!”

Easily the most requested feature of GT5 Prologue, it’s one that we’ve been teased with since Yamauchi first announced the game’s online functionality nearly a year ago. This is sure to be the first of several online updates that we can look forward to after the game is released - stay tuned!
