PS3 Controller

What is the different between the "PlayStation 3 Wireless Sixaxis Controller" from the "Playstation 3 Dualshock 3 Wireless Controller"?

Thx!

Dualshock vibrates. Sixaxis is without vibration. Both are motion sensing controllers.

being how you never have to buy batteries or shell out your own money for rechargables, yes it is.

plus the ds3 is a better weight than the sixaxis controller.

dualshock has both the dual shock and six axis. plus it's heavier and i feel the sticks are a lot more better then the six axis sticks.

the earlier controller were just six axis

I never went on to buy the Dualshock 3 controllers. But now that I'm playing on the Xbox, the controller rumbling does feel good.

Always found the rumbling annoying and it would be the first thing I'd have to go into a game's settings to turn off on my PS2. I was thrilled that my PS3 controller didn't have this "feature".

off topic, but with gas prices now, i'll probably go through $80 in a month.

it's all relative.

actually, I burn through ~$350 a month for gas with my TSX.

I was thinking people drove not as much as I did and filled up their cars $120 a month in average.

But anyway... Amazon is selling the controller for $40. But... I really want to get a real joystick to play the new Street Fighter when it comes out.

Are they selling anything like that for the PS3?

I hope they come out with a fighting stick i'm already happy with the driving force pro wheel for racing games.

six axis is fine i sort of don't want a dualshock till other colors come out haha...
