My subscription ran up this past APril and I never renewed it. My dad has since gotten a new credit card so I cannot use the same username. It asks me for the last 4 digits of the credit card I used on my gamertag, but I dont have the same credit card. So, I went out and bought a 3 month Xbox Live card. I created the username, date of birth, accepted the terms etc. I entered the subscription code and when I clicked OK, it came up with this: Unable to process due to technical difficulties. Please try again later. Ive been trying since Friday. I must have tried it about 30 times. I checked Xbox for the status of Xbox live and its up and running; no problems. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks.

 

I just checked all the connections and did the test on xbox to see if it would connect to xbox live and it did. But I still cant create a new account.

I did lol. Sent an email Friday, didnt get a response. Kept calling for the past 3 days, and it keeps telling me to leave a numeric page. idk..
