PC as media server w/ XP? PS3 related
My wife's laptop runs vista and my PS3 immediately picked up her new laptop as a media server wirelessly.
What do I have to do to get my desktop picked up by the PS3 as well?

open up windows media player
click on "library" tab
right click on library => media sharing
highlight "other users of this pc" than click customize
than put a check on "allow new devices and computers auto. (not recommended)"
than hit okay to apply and test ur ps3 out
