today I'm doing 30 minutes on the elliptical and then arms:
* alternating dumbbell curls and skull crushers - back to back for three sets
* straight bar curls and tricep extensions - back to back for three sets
* preacher curls on machine and seated extensions - back to back for three sets
That should do it for tonight.
Oh and phil, I look more like
which is why I am trying to get to the gym.
