Netflix...Grrrrrr!

Not sure where to put this - but since we stream our videos from the XBox, I'm sticking it here. Feel free to move it.

Anyone else annoyed that Netflix is raising their rates??

Sucks ass, just switched my membership to 7.99 and avoid the $16 charge. I may end up cancelling or running to Hulu/Blockbuster

. But I looked around at Hulu/Blockbuster/Amazon/etc., and Netflix is still the best deal. I figure that's why they did it - they could. I would love to go completely streaming, but new releases (TV and movies) are practically non-existent.

No cable or satellite here. I save a lot of $$$ per month. There is PLENTY of stuff on Netflix I havent even gotten to see yet.

My wife and I watch a couple of the newer shows on Hulu.

I'm not happy about it either. I don't want to pay $17.98 for both, but I can't decide which package to get. They need to add more streaming titles to their lineup.

you guys are lucky, in Canada we don't get anything. movies that are 10 years old, or newer movies that absolutely suck.

I canceled my Netflix membership due to the price increase. I really didn't use it that much anyway. I'll stick to downloading the new releases.
