I went through control panel/clock, language & region/region & language.

Changed it to Spanish and nothing.

What I want to do is purchase a laptop and send it to relative in Nicaragua. I would like for all options to be in spanish. Like when you right clock on things you get spanish words, in the start menu, all the short cuts like My Computer, Control Panel, Printers Faxes, and so on.. in spanish. IS this possible? I just tried it on mine and nothing changes. All it did was show an ES icon by the time and a picture of a keyboard. llol..
