Ive gotten back into the Delta Force: Black Hawk Down mood again....so I install it, update it, get all ready to play, get into a server, play for like 3 minutes, look in the top corner and i see that my ping is 25000+ (yes 25000) ....now WTF is going on here...

My interent is running fine, all the pages are loading rather quickly, no internet using programs are running (messenger, or e-mail) and I "end tasked" all the programs i thought might be using the internet, I try it again and still a very high ping. It wasnt the server as i tried maybe 4 or 5 and i got kicked out of all of them because my ping has "exceeded the servers maximum ping limit"...before I reformatted my PC the game worked fine and I got an average ping of 150-250...

Give me anything I can try or any other suggestions, Thanks....
