I have an issue with my monitor. When my PC boots up, 3-4 mins after it boots up. My monitor flickers and goes whitish. I can still see my desktop but it's bleached. My quick fix is to change the resolution and change it back to my normal resolution.

It my monitor going dead? The model is Samsung SyncMaster 2233SW.

Turns out it was the monitor itself. It died around mid Jan. Got a new ViewSonic 22 inch.

 

that's a weird issue especially since changing the resolution seemed to fix it my stuff always dies instantly
