Misc. rFactor screen caps
I was just doing some housekeeping in my rFactor screenshot directory. Thought I'd post 'em up for a bit before I got rid of them.

rFactor is the latest generation of racing sim for the PC from developer Image Space Incorporated aka ISI. This is the same company that developed Viper Racing as well as the F1 2000, F1 2002, and F1 Challenge '99-'02 titles for EA.
What makes rFactor different from all other titles is that it was designed from the ground up to be almost completely open. There are API's, developer tools, and so forth. The rFactor game itself can really almost be thought of as just the engine for other people and mod teams to develop things against. There are some cars included but they are really just there to give you something to drive while you're accumulating mods. Do not judge rFactor by what's included in the base game and the demo. It just scratches the surface of what some of the independently developed mods have accomplished. BTW, pretty much every single mod for rFactor is free.
o2cls, I actually download my stuff from a variety of places. There are just a few though that I rely on for finding things. The two main ones are rFactor Central and the rFactor modding forum at Race Sim Central. Occasionally, I also pull something out of my ASS. That would be Auto Sim Sport magazine, of course.

'08 MX5 GT 6spd.
Nice, thanx dude!
Do you have Live for Speed as well? How does it compare?
Also, for those thinking about trying it, DO IT! Like Billiam said, its a modable game with more tweaks than would ever be necessary. Great Game, excellent graphics, sounds, etc. I love it.
