Looking for the name of an online game.

I was reading about it a few days ago on a blog I ran across on digg.com, but now I can't remember the URL for the game. The game looked to be like TheSims, only in a online version. I wanted to say the URL had the word second in it, but I can't be sure.

Any ideas?

Looks really fun, outside of the fact that you have to pay to enjoy the cool features like buying land and owning a house or business. Plus after reading some of their forums, they seem to be having a lot of down time with patches and server issues.
