ok, i need some help. I need to do the freefall mission, right after i take Madd dogg to the hospital. I completed that, but now i cant find Rosenbergs office in the Culiglia. what gives? where is it? or did i miss something?

i found out what the problem was, i missed a scene cut that i had to do. not a mission, just a scene.
now im' back in Los Santos, but theres still a whole strand left, the HEIST missions. should i do those first, the Santos missions first, and then go back, what gives?

What started off as my roommate helping me with the vigilante missions ended up being a cash money bonanza.
When he started the vigilante missions, I had only about $280K
After getting 100% in all the pilot school exercises, the brown thunder appears at the airpad hideout.
No cheating was involved whatsoever. I haven't even entered a cheat code just to see what would happen.
At any rate, I got fairly rich in about 4-5 hours, thanks to my roommate.

I just drove in, hauled ass down, bailed at full speed and ended up rolling right to the door, then got it to the Pay and Spray behind the Car Dealership......
I also had the Patriot appear at the hospital, I was like
