omg... just tried 840hp CLK-GTR @ GT World Championship... I got owned so bad. Those crazy Nissan racecars were in there... not even the R390, better than that... by lap 7 my tires were toast, I mean the car was undrivable. They were going strong. I got pwnt. I was keeping up with them (even in 1st) for the first few laps.... then the tires started getting really worn... I wonder what I need to do.. maybe get better tires.

.. just got back from D1GP where i got to watch real cars drift around the track.. (and ran into traffic cause of fooking nascar at california speedway, i was coming back from irwindale) now im all pumped up for MANY MANY more hours of GT4

so if you B spec and dont pay attention on pit stops it takes like 3x the time as a normal one would. Cant use a turbo controller for X either, because then you would get no gas.

ahh.. I used to think this too. In fact I posted something just like this in this thead (somewhere). But - it's good to know the prize cars. That way, you don't buy a car that you can win somewhere else. And if there is a car you really want, you can just look for it in the prize listing, and go for that race. It's because of this list I know to do El Capitan 200 miles next.

And, we've seen most of the special cars in GT4 already in all the various screenshots and such... so it's not like there are any TOTAL surprises in there...

thank god they dont make it like in GT3 where you have 4 cars and you win a random one from that.. was a pain in the ass for the endurance races cause you would like waste so many hours for like a POS car when you wanted that nice F1 car in the lineup

btw.. in GT4 prologue whenever you won a car it would play like a video of like your pit crew and stuff congratulating you with your new car.. wonder why they didnt keep that in GT4
