Did you change the boot order in the BIOS recently? Make sure your Primary boot device is the Hard Drive.
If it is, your HD may be fungooled.
If it is, your HD may be fungooled.

never messed with the boot order. tried to press f2 to get into bios and disable other drives but i couldn't do a damn thing except ctrl+alt+del and go back to the same dumb screen. couldn't start in safe mode, i'll assume it's fried
