i picked it up last night while i was gettin another copy of nfl 2k5. its only 20 bones, i figured what the hell. i have yet to try it. anyone play it yet?

every EA game has been better than every 2k game.

hence the reason EA can sell for $30 - $55, 2k games are 20 each.

that said, I'll still probably pick up 2k5 and give it a shot.

 

I don't know about that, IMHO NFL2K5 was much, much, much better than Madden 2005. I have played the EA MLB 05' game and it looks pretty good and intense. Graphics are on par with NFL 2K5, and it even supports 720p

$20 is my target range for games. I'll pick it up. I have 2k5 Football and like it.

 

Almost every game review has this one as 2nd behind MLB 2005. Has anyone played both yet?

 

I have both... haven't played 2k5 since the day I got it. I thought it was awful. The gameplay was ok, not great...but the little ghetto additions they made are why I stopped playing.
