Another reason XBOX Live OWNZ! SMS Alerts...
I setup my XBOX Live, through XBOX.com, to send me SMS alerts whenever someone adds me to their friends list OR invites me to play a game with them

Now I know whenever Clan AZ is on and wants me to play -- even if i'm in the middle of sex0r1n!!!


To do the same, signup for MSN Alerts with your passport id, then go to xbox.com/live and link your gamertag with your passport, then click alerts!

Yeah, I have had that for a while and disabled it. It was SMS'ing me everytime someone went online. Drove me nutZorz

you can change that. its easy to specify just what (or what not) you want to be notified for... and where you want the notification to go.
