I've got spurs...
Just letting people know, it's been confirmed that the demo shown is running on PC. The game is set to release on PC and consoles. They haven't announced which consoles yet though.

Six Minutes Of Watch Dogs Gameplay To Kick-Start Your Week
Watch Dogs is one of the most anticipated games of 2013, so it's likely that you'll be interested in new footage.
We don't recall having seen this six-minute stretch of gameplay before; it shows off protagonist Aiden and doesn't feature any unnecessary commentary. This video could disappear in due time so take advantage while you still can.
According to the tag on the video, it's not running on either the PlayStation 4 or Xbox 720, but this footage is taken from a PC "that has the power of next-gen consoles." However, as we've started to learn, just because the power is similar doesn't mean the architecture is the same, so this could look better on the PS4 or new Xbox. Either way, the gameplay certainly looks intriguing and we love the covert feel. It's tough to get that right in a free, open-world environment that's always begging for you to run amok...

I was more curious about the limitations of it. For example, will I be able to turn it off and just play offline? Or is it going to be like Diablo 3 where its always online.
