Who has the new Far Cry 3?
What do you think of it?
Personally I think it's amazing, much better compared to FC2 and this one brings back memories of being on the island in the original games, which I really missed. Being in the desert and jungle in Africa got really boring, as well as the respawning enemies at camps you've already cleared.
The graphics are awesome, 9/10, I'm not sure if it's my sound system or not but voices seem to have a strange... fuzziness to them, all other sounds are crisp and clear, 8/10 in that department.
The game is massive too, I was discovering some areas and thought I had a lot discovered... FC was like NOPE! I had only discovered like 2 parts, there are 18...
So here's some videos if you're interested or unsure if you should get it.
Personally, if you like the idea of being able to roam wherever you please on a HUGE tropical island, as well as DO whatever you want, get this game. I'm having fun just hunting animals for capacity upgrades.

Agreed
The bow is really fun, for hunting animals and enemies alike
I've gotten a lot better at sneaking into outposts and taking everyone out before anyone notices. The takedown is one of my favorite things to do also.

Oh yes
Vaas is crazy as hell but whoever did the acting for him did an excellent job. I started to like the guy I like how he taunts you and stuff.

Just started playing. The graphics on ultra setting are amazing. My issue is I run out of bullets too fast; I like to shoot not run around with a knife

lol you definitely want to look into hunting and getting bigger ammo capacities. My assault rifles hold up to 300 rounds now.

the overexplainer
man they really push you towards Citra in the game. I havent beaten it yet but it looks like there are some unclarified tensions between the player and Liza lol.
Sucks that I already know the endings.

The damn dragons get on my nerves.
Wait till you guys get a higher powered sniper
Animals in the wild become a joke
Aww man sucks that you know the ending.
And yes, for some reason it seems you and Liza have some relationship issues that were never explained. Jason goes crazy dude. The game only gets better though.
I beat it last night and was having a lot of fun. I plan on playing through again. Maybe this time with all loud guns (I used silencers and the bow A LOT the first playthrough).
