thats one of the best parts about BC2..
you cant camp out and hide in a building for 15 minutes picking people off..
you can RPG or air strike the building, and it all comes tumbling down
even grenades blow off walls.

Man, I can't wait! The gameplay looks so intense.

Wow that looks absolutely amazing. I'm certainly tired of CoD, haven't touched my consoles for half a year now and I'm thinking if I can get myself a decent system I'll be playing this on PC as well.
Haven't played PC FPS in ages... last time I think I did was America's Army, 3+ years ago. Gonna take some getting used to. Running and gunning CoD style is fun but this looks like they're aiming for more strategic play.

after playing BF2 for about an hour last night and going back to MW2 after that, same effect as last time, it felt like linguini.
#54
BF2 felt like linguini or MW2 did?
What I always liked about IW's CODs was that the controls tended to be really tight and responsive, from COD2 to MW2. I'm sure PC is different though. What I didn't like about BFBC2 was the somewhat sluggishness. It's been a while so I may be mistaken but I've always liked that about COD and Halo.

whereas, it feels really gritty and rugged in BF2.

one of the interviews says the demo's are divided up between PS3, Xbox and PC clips.
(something about it being in the upper left corner of some videos)
and i havent seen a sub-standard one yet...
this is gonna rock.

If it's playing on ps3/xbox then it's pre-rendered, no way in hell the ps3 or xbox can push those graphics in real time..

esp that desert tank scene? I was like 100% certain that was a PC. but, who knows? maybe we haven't seen the potential of the PS3 yet? its quite a beast, remember.
