It is different, but I like it. I played the MP demo all night yesterday and it was fun. Graphics are not great, but gameplay was a lot of fun.

I know... it's more strategies then just "run & gun".

...btw, I just played GOW MP for the 1st time today...

I gotta get better and familiar with the maps first...

I wish all the games were the same... I go from one to another... and that first few minutes I always get confused... like in a heated situation where I need to reload... I'll hit the wrong button and I'll end up doing something stupid like standing up from the prone position, letting the opponent shoot me square in the face

they should make all games (within a genre) have their buttons be mapped according to our gamer profile.

I can't wait for this game. It has been getting outstanding reviews and the online mode sounds fantastic. Here is a review from TeamXbox:

If you're a fan of the Rainbow Six series (or even if you're not), Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas is one of the must-have games on the Xbox 360. The single-player campaign is far better than any the franchise has offered, and the ability to go at it with your buddies over Xbox Live is a great addition. However, it's the game's multiplayer mode that will keep us playing Vegas for years to come. This isn't just the multiplayer game of the year, it may actually be the best multiplayer game in the whole Xbox 360 library. Yes, the Rainbow Six team has made a triumphant return, somehow managing to actually exceed our lofty expectations.

I picked it up earlier today and I've been playing the SP game. I love it so far as it's really easy to get into, controls and looks great.

This is awesome. Best tactical shooter this year. I love the way you can hide and shoot.

I'll look you up CusDaddy for co-op. However, I've been playing single player since yesterday. I'll be noob

if it's true you can't change your appearance once you've started playing I think i'm going to go buy an Xbox Vision Camera before I rank up... I want my face in the game!

this game is hot.

could definately replace SOCOM as my favorite console based MILSIM.

not loving the Vegas setting, but it'll do. hopefully there's some more interesting maps then what i've seen.

Ubisoft is really good about releasing additional content to their games thankfully. GRAW had 2 major MP map packs released which added a lot of new content and kept it fresh.

the one time I played this game live, there was a terrible lag, I didn't know if it was just a bad connection or what.... cause that happens from time to time with GRAW too... and that ONE game I played was rather chaotic I didn't really know what was going on... I guess I'm just comfortable with GRAW... I'm still trying to get the hang of GOW-live... One game at a time I guess

Absolutely LOVING this game. Myself, Silver, and a couple guys from LIVE played 4-person co-op for like 8-10 hours straight yesterday

I haven't experienced any serious lag issues, less than with GoW.

I love the P.E.C., gives alot of incentive to keep playing. Tons of goodies to be unlocked.

I find the game to be a nice contrast to GoW rather then a competitor. They're two very different games despite sharing similar attributes (duck & cover). They only problem I'm having playing BOTH games is the control layout is so different despite sharing so many similar functions.

when this game comes out for the PS3, will the PS3 people play in the same maps/arena as the X360 players? Or are they totally separate?

this game is seriously addicting. i'm not usually one to play for rank in games but this one gives you major incentive to win.

i love how they dangle the carrot with a rank-up "progress bar"... it keeps me playing for hours longer than i intended. well done.

The game is sick. Just got it today and got owned quite a few times playing online. The sound of the different weapons is pretty sweet. R6LV >>>>> GRAW
