03 CLS 6spd Vs. 98 BMW 328I
I was on my way to work Wednesday morning on Rte. 2 in CT going towards Hartford when I see a EVO MR in my review. Obviously, this gets my adrenaline going. Traffic was somewhat heavy so we could not open it up. I knew I would get my ass handed to me but I didn't care. My exit came up and I had to get off, so I gave the guy a thumbs up even though we did not race and he returns the gesture.
My adrenaline is still up there as I get on 91 south. There is a green BMW 328I in front of me. He gets on his brakes and then speeds up. He did this several times in a row. It was kind of weird because I was not tailgating or anything. Anyway, I knew it was on. As we are merging on 91 we are going about 60, which was sweet because I had it in third. I was not in VTECH yet but close enough. He punched it as did I and to make a long story short, I smiled at him about 5 seconds later when I passed him
. He tried to keep up, but I stayed on it until 120 and he was well behind me. There was traffic approaching quickly so I brought it back down to 80 and he finally caught up and got on my ass. I stayed going 80 for about 3 miles and traffic opened up in front of me again. I stepped on it and was gone again. When I get back down to around 80 he give me the ricer fly by. I didn't get mad, I just laughed and thought, what a good start to my day.

You got me Mr. Steve. I got into my story and wasn't paying attention too much to the spelling. I love the way my phone rings with the CAI hooked up when I get to VTECH.
