Need recommendation for a shop in Chicago suburbs

Just looking to get rear suspension work done, swapping out the Ingalls arms for SPC upper arm. Need a good shop to take care of this. So far, the few shops I called said i need "something special" for that. I don't get why it's so hard to swap out the 3 arms. I suppose I can tackle this myself a weekend during the spring and go get an alignment done.

thanks!

its actually not that hard. You need the fork(rentable from autozone), hammer, and a couple sockets and extensions.

It's not that hard given that the eccentric bolt for the toe adjustment isn't fused into the arm's metal sleeve. This happened last time. I'm trying to get it done in a few weeks and I just don't like working on a car in the cold... if you know what I mean

Looks like I might just get a Sawzall first to get ready to chop off the eccentric bolts, I already bought replacement bolts. It'll be a project in the spring. I don't get why shops are so afraid to work on a car lowered just 1" on HFP suspension. It's not like I'm lowered 3".
